Meet Scarlett

Scarlett Davanzo, LLMSW
Welcome!
I'm here to welcome you with warmth, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude, creating a space where you can be yourself. Through virtual therapy, I offer a setting that prioritizes your comfort, whether that means engaging in movement, wearing pajamas, or drawing during our sessions. Whatever helps you feel at ease and present is fully supported, as your comfort is an integral part of the therapeutic process.
In sessions, I adopt a trauma-informed approach and incorporate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness while maintaining authenticity in our therapeutic space. I will encourage you to step out of your comfort zone, navigate challenges, and build the skills necessary for your long-term well-being. I have experience working with a wide variety of individuals, and I have a strong passion for working with neurodiverse teens and adults, mothers managing anxiety and mental load, and individuals undergoing difficult life transitions.
I hold a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Additionally, I am a Certified Trauma and Resilience Clinical Specialist through Starr Commonwealth.
