*Currently accepting new clients in person in Plymouth and virtually throughout Michigan.
Maybe you find yourself stuck in a spiral of your own thoughts, making it difficult to slow down and feel present. Maybe your emotions feel overwhelming or messy, and you’re not sure how to make sense of what you’re feeling. Or maybe you just don’t feel like yourself, and aren’t sure how to start feeling okay again. Whatever brings you here, I want you to know you don’t have to navigate it all on your own.
Starting your therapy journey takes courage, and I am so glad you’re here! I strive to build authentic connections and create a safe, collaborative space where you feel empowered to explore challenges while building upon your strengths. Together, we can take steps towards creating a life that you feel good living.
I believe in meeting clients where they are, meaning I recognize that each person begins therapy with different experiences, needs, and perspectives. I use a client-centered approach, providing support as you work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, chronic stress, trauma-related concerns, and emotional regulation. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Safe and Sound Protocol, and I utilize several other evidence-based practices to help clients understand effective stress management and emotion regulation skills.
Above all, I believe that the connection we build together is one of the most therapeutic and important parts of the therapy process. I value showing up as my genuine self for my clients. I would love to get to know you and would be honored to hear your story!
