Meet Kayla

Hey—you’re not imagining it. Life can be heavy sometimes.

When you're juggling impossible expectations, carrying other people’s needs, healing from what you never asked for, or just trying to keep it together—it’s exhausting. And it’s okay if you’re tired. It's okay if you don’t have it all figured out.

I’m here to create a space where you don’t have to be “the strong one.” Where grief, anger, fear, shame, and hope can all sit at the same table. Where you can stop performing, start unpacking, and begin rebuilding—at your own pace.

I work with teens and young adults who are navigating life transitions, perfectionism, trauma, loss, and the complicated realities of growing up fast. Together, we focus on reconnecting you to your body, your boundaries, and your voice—especially when the world, your history, or your own mind has made it hard to trust yourself.

Therapy with me is real talk, real support, and real growth. No fake positivity. No pressure to be perfect. Just permission to show up exactly as you are.

I believe healing happens when you feel seen, safe, and supported.

If you’re ready to build something new from where you are—not from where you think you should be—I’m here when you’re ready.
